About Us



Manomet Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary medical facility, located in Plymouth, Massachusetts (in a section called MANOMET). The professional and courteous staff at Manomet Animal Hospital seeks to provide the best possible medical care, surgical care and dental care for their highly-valued patients.

Dr. Steve Cloutman has been practicing veterinary care for over 19 years. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he received his BS, Dr. Steve completed his degree in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee. He also completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Illinois. Prior to his arrival at Manomet Animal Hospital, Dr. Steve resided in southern NH while administering animal health care in Derry, NH, and a number of other practices located on the north shore of Boston.

Dr. Steve is married and has 2 active young boys. He relocated to Plymouth in 2006 where his family shares their home with their dog "Batman" and four cats - "Benjamin Bugsy Siegel", "Lady Billie Holiday", "Little Opie Cunningham" and our newest addition and former full-time resident of the practice, "Tillie". In his spare time, Steve enjoys working out, skiing and outdoor activities.

MAH is also served by many long-time staff in all areas of operation.

The Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring this family-friendly & pet-friendly event that will take place again on Plymouth's historic waterfront in newly renovated NELSON PARK.


This event will feature pet-friendly vendors, food vendors, live entertainment, a pet costume contest, a rabies vaccine clinic and much more!


We hope to see everyone at the event again in 2011!


Rabies Vaccine Clinic Info:


Owner's are required to have all cats & dogs over the age of six months vaccinated. Dr. Steve Cloutman will be the attending physician. Please remember to bring in your prior year's certification to see if you qualify for a three-year vaccine. All animals must be restrained or contained in a carrier. Questions?
